贝类中诺如病毒污染状况调查 被引量:11

摘要 诺如病毒属于杯状病毒科的单股正链RNA病毒,借助水或食物引起胃肠炎水源性暴发或食源性暴发,并主要通过粪一口途径传播。诺如病毒传染发生的几率高(〉50%),且少量(10-100个)的病毒粒子即可引发感染。研究显示,在全球范围内因诺如病毒引起的胃肠炎,每年大概导致约22万例〈5岁的婴幼儿死亡以及110万例住院治疗。近五年由微生物引起的胃肠炎疾病疫情数据显示,根据发病年龄不同,大概有40%-60%的胃肠炎由诺如病毒引起。
