摘要
文章回顾了知识型员工的概念和内涵,对管理和领导力的关系进行了辨析,在此基础上,讨论了管理知识型员工的领导技能:艾柯卡记分卡理论的灵活运用;基于员工特征的多样化管理风格;结合员工心理的实时管理。
This article discusses the literatrue about knowledge workers and the concept of leadership at home and abroad. Based on this, the skills of management has been reflected: to renovate the mananging methods by flexibly using Lee Iaeocca's theory; to study the characters of the knowledge workers and pay more attention to the researching results; to carry out real time management combined with the knowledge worker's psychology.
