PHC桩在非饱和土层中的试验分析

摘要 预应力混凝土管桩尤其是预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC桩),在我国大部分地区应用普遍,施工过程中经常发生桩身破损甚至折断现象。本文以河北西南部某工程PHC桩原体试验过程为例,探讨了桩身下部断裂的主要原因,即桩身质量及抗弯强度是内因,"上软下硬"、土体呈非饱和状态的地质特征是诱因,通过采取控制桩长、贯入度等措施,试验取得了成功,将其归纳总结,可供类似工程借鉴、参考。 Prestressed concrete pipe pile especially high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile (PHC pile), used in most areas of our country generally, damaged or even broken pile often occur in the process of construction. In this paper, in southwest Hebei province PHC pile in a certain project prototype testing process as an example, probes into the reasons of pile breaking is lower, the quality of pile body and the flexural strength is the internal cause, " Above soft and following hard", the geological characteristics of soil in unsaturated state is cause, by taking control of the pile length, penetration and other measures, the test was successful, the summary, in order to learn, reference.
