"南拳北腿、东枪西棍"。其中,"西棍"所指就是西北的棍法,主要就是甘肃一带的棍法。"西棍"以它的独特格局和实用招法在陇右乃至中华武术中独树一帜,其中尤以陇南天水地区的最为著名。
Cudgel play traditionally refers to the play in the northwest region,mainly in Gansu. Cudgel play in the West occupies an important position in Chinese martial arts with its peculiar style and practical movements, especially in Longnan and Tianshui.
