叶音声母通常是今音性质的,但朱熹部分叶音声母可以从上古音角度作出解释,其理据在于注叶人叶取了古读旧音或方音,或者叶音用字构成了古谐声、古通假等关系。明了这些理据,才能对相关叶音声母的语音性质作出识断。

Xieyin (叶音) initial consonants are usually of contemporary pronunciation nature.But the part of Zhu Xi (朱熹)Xie yininitial consonants can be explained from the angle of Old Pronunciation.The rationale is that Xieyinusers coordinates the old pronunciation or dialectal pronunciation and that the Xieyinzi (叶音字)constitutedthe relationship of xiesheng (谐声)andtongjia (通假).Under-standing of this mechanism is the key to identify the phonological nature of Xieyininitial consonants.
