摘要
人力资源成为医院第一大核心资源已是不争的事实,当前地市级三级医院正处于我国医疗卫生体制改革的敏感时期,如何保证其拥有足够丰富而又合适的人力资源,做好战略性招聘意义重大。以柳州市工人医院为例探讨战略性人力资源招聘体系的构建,并分析战略性招聘对地市级三级医院发展的重要意义。
The indisputable fact is that human resources are the first big core resources in hospitals. Currently,hos- pitals of grade three in prefectures are in the sensitive period of China's medical health system reform. It is significant to do well in strategic recruitment to guarantee the rich enough and suitable human resources. Taking Worker's Hospital in Li- uzhou City as the example, the authors discuss the establishment of human resources recruitment system and analyze the significance of the strategic recruitment in hospitals of grade three in orefecmres.
