为了对介入室、手术室高值耗材的采购和收费进行有效的监控,通过区分常用高值耗材和非常用高值耗材,按进、销、存管理模式进行管理。这种管理模式可规范高值耗材的采购和收费,有效地将采购的"话语权"回归了设备科,物价收费的"话语权"回归了物价组。

To effectively monitor the purchase and charge of high-value consumables in intervention room and op- eration room, the management mode of entrance, sale and store is practiced by separating frequently-used high-value con- sumables and infrequently-used high-value consumables. This mode standardizes the purchase and charge of high-value consumables, and returns the ＂discourse right＂ of purchase to facility department and the ＂discourse right＂ of price charge to price division.
