摘要
目的分析编码错误原因,探讨提高ICD编码准确性的对策。方法根据ICD编码原则,对7500份出院病案进行编码核查。结果在7500份病案中,存在编码错误的有630份,错误率8.4%。结论编码人员和临床医师必须共同努力,以确保ICD编码的客观性和准确性。
Objective：To analyze the reasons for wrong coding and explore the countermeasures for the improve- ment in accuracy of ICD coding. Method：The author examines the coding of 7,500 discharge medical records according to ICD coding principle. Result：There is wrong coding in 630 of the 7,500 medical records and the error rate is 8.4%. Con- clusion：Therefore ,joint efforts must be made by clinicians and coders so as to guarantee the objectivity and accuracy of ICD coding.
