摘要 对工业制冷控制当前面临的问题进行分析。根据安全、品质和寿命周期总成本的要求,提出工业制冷控制需要实现的关键指标。对工业制冷项目中涉及到的关键控制应用,如液位控制、热气除霜以及温度控制进行分析和计算。计算及实际应用都表明,对工业制冷系统进行全方位的自动控制有助于这些关键指标的实现。 The current issues of industrial refrigeration system control technologies are analyzed. According to the demand of safety, the quality and the life cycle cost, the key per- formance indicators of industrial refrigeration control devices are brought up. The key con- trol devices e. g. ,liquid level control, hot-gas defrosting and temperature control, are also analyzed and calculated accordingly. Both calculation and practical application show that the comprehensive automatic control in industrial refrigeration system will help for the im- plementation of the key performance indicators.
