服务型教育体系下的高等教育资源配置研究

On Higher Education Resource Allocation under the Service-Oriented Education System

构建服务型教育体系,提升教育对经济社会的贡献程度,增强教育的人才支撑能力、知识贡献能力和学习服务能力,促进高等教育内涵提升,实现高等教育和社会经济协调发展,是当前社会经济发展对高等教育提出的要求。本文从资源配置的角度出发,通过对宁波市服务型教育体系建设的深入剖析,探索优化高等教育资源配置的新方法。

To construct service-oriented education system, to enhance the contribution degree of education to economic society, to improve the ability to support talents, the ablity to contribute knowledge and the ability to study and serve, to promote the enhancement of higher education connotation and to realize the coordinated development of higher education and social economy are the requirements of present social economic develop- ment for higher education. Starting from the resource allocation, and based on the deep analysis of Ningbo service-oriented education system construction, this paper explores the new approach to optimize the higher education resource allocation.
