高职人才培养目标的演进与重构

Evolution and Reconstruction of Higher Vocational Education Objectives

随着人们对职业教育认识的不断深入,我国高职教育自产生30多年来,人才培养目标进行了多次调整,从高层次实用技术人才到高技能人才,再到高素质技术技能型人才。这种变化反映了我国经济社会不同发展阶段对教育的不同要求。根据高职人才培养目标定位中存在的实际问题,我们试图对其进行重新建构。笔者认为,在现代信息社会中,具有巨大发展潜力的现代高素质技术人才,是高职人才培养目标的必然选择。

With the deepening of people＇ s understanding for vocational education, for the past 30 years since the higher vocational education developed, the personnel cultivation objectives have been adjusted several times from high-leveled practically skilled personnel to highly skilled personnel and to high-quality technical and skil- led personnel. This change reflects the different requirements of our economic society on the education in dif- ferent developing stages. According to the actual problems in the orientation of of higher vocational education objectives, reconstruction has been tried. The writer believes that in modem information society, the modem high quality technical personnel with tremendous developing potential is the inevitable choice of higher voca- tional education objectives.
