The vocational education in Germany has gained the success that attracts worldwide attention. This paper introduces the teaching mode under the vocational and technological education in Germany, analyzes the present development of vocational education in China and expounds the differences between these two countries with an aim to further promote the reform of vocational education in our country and provide reference for re- lated departments.
