摘要
文章针对高职院校辅导员中存在的专业素养不高、辅导员队伍稳定性较差、工作职责不明确等问题,从5个方面提出了使高职院校辅导员走向专业化的途径:一是建立严格的辅导员选聘机制,二是建立完善的辅导员培训机制,三是履行明确的辅导员工作职责,四是建立有效的辅导员激励机制,五是落实完善的辅导员职称评审制度。
Aiming at the problems among counselors in vocational colleges such as lack of professional qualities, unstable counselor tearn and unclear job responsibilities, this paper puts forward five approaches to the profes- sionalization of counselors in vocational colleges. The first is to establish strict counselor selection and em- ployment mechanism. The second is to establish perfect counselor training mechanism. The third is to fulfill the clear job responsibility of counselors. The fourth is to establish effective counselor incentive mechanism. The fifth is to implement perfect title appraisal system of counselors.
