摘要
通过各种苯乙酰氯与乙烯反应合成一系列2-萘满酮,通过芳香化合物琥珀酸酐的傅氏酰基化反应、Clemen-son还原、环化等步骤合成一系列1-萘满酮,并将1-萘满酮通过还原、脱水、环氧化、开环氧等步骤转化为2-萘满酮.通过核磁检测,验证目标产物的分子结构.
A series of 2-tetralin-ketone was synthesized by means of reaction of phenylacetyl chloride with ethylene and a series of 1-tetralin-ketone;by" reaction of Friedel-Crafts acylation of benzene derivatives and maleic anhydride, Clembneson reduction and epoxidation. And in addition, 1-tetralin-ketone was conver- ted to 2-tetralin-ketone through reduction, dehydration, epoxidation, and disclosure of epoxides. The mo- lecular structure of objective resultants was verified by neclearmagnetic resonance test.
