摘要
伴随高炉产量、质量及高炉冶炼强度的增加,对焦炭的含粉量及粒度要求越来越高。天津钢铁集团有限公司焦槽槽下筛分系统的设备能力,已经不能满足目前高炉的工艺要求。为了提高筛分效果,在原设计基础上增加一次筛分系统,提前将大部分小颗粒焦炭和粉末筛除,然后再进入原焦炭筛分系统,进行二次筛分。该焦炭一次筛分系统主要由固定式卸料机,带式输送机,振动筛及相关的配套设施等组成。新增焦炭筛分系统投入使用后,筛分后的焦炭粒度组成更加合理,入炉焦炭的质量得到了很大的提高,有效降低了焦比。同时筛分下的焦粉返回原料厂送往烧结厂进行再利用,提高了焦炭的利用率,取得最使高炉稳定顺行,高炉利用系数大大提高,同时改善了生铁质量及各项经济技术指标。
With the increase of BF production, quality and smelting strength, the demand on coke breeze content and size becomes stricter and stricter. The equipment capability of precharging screening could not meet the current process requirement by the blast furnace of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited (TISCO). In order to improve screening effect, on the basis of original design was added a primary screening system, which prescreened most small-sized coke and breeze. The screened coke then went to the old system for secondary screening. The coke primary screening system consisted of stationary unloading machine, belt conveyor, vibrating screen and relevant facilities. After the new coke screening system was put into operation, the structure of coke size was more reasonable and the quality of charge coke improved greatly. The coke ratio was effectively reduced. Meanwhile screened coke breeze returned to stoke yard for reuse in sinter plant and coke utilization ratio was improved. The blast furnace ran stably and smoothly with much higher utilization factor. Pig iron quality and economic and technical indices were improved as well.
