Overview on Production Process and Technology of Wire Rod for Tire Cord

介绍了国内钢帘线用盘条的生产工艺现状以及对钢帘线盘条的质量要求,分析了关键生产工艺控制,包括炼钢工序中成分、气体、夹杂物、铸坯冶炼的控制,以及轧钢过程中盘条脱碳层、组织及表面质量的控制。通过合理的脱氧工艺和精炼造渣工艺来控制有害非金属夹杂物的生成,是冶炼高纯净度帘线钢并轧制优质盘条的关键。针对当前生产技术存在的不足及市场现状提出了国内钢帘线用盘条生产需要改善之处的几点看法。

The paper introduces the current production process situation and quality requirement of domestic wire rod for tire cord, and analyzes the critical production process control, including control over composition, gas, inclusion and billet melting in steel-making process, and control over rod decarburization layer, structure and surface quality in rolling. It is the key to melting tire cord steel with high cleanliness and rolling prime wire rod to control harmful non-metal inclusions with rational deoxidization process and refining slag- building process. Aiming at the weakness in present production technology and current market situation, the authors offer suggestions on the improvement of the production of domestic wire rod for tire cord.
