天钢Q345R钢板质量调查及改进

Quality Investigation and Improvement on Q345R Steel Plate in TISCO

对天津钢铁集团有限公司Q345R钢板产品用户反馈信息进行分析,发现Q345R钢板存在的主要质量问题是分层及凹坑。针对这两个质量问题进行研究与分析,制定出了从降低钢中硫化物夹杂和去除表面氧化铁皮两个主要方面进行工艺改进的措施。实施后,天钢Q345R钢板的质量得以稳定,性能得到了提高,满足了用户的使用需求。

The authors analyze product feedback information from the customer on Q345R steel plate produced by Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited （TISCO） and find its main quality problems are lamination and pit. Study and analysis were made on these quality problems and process improvement measures of reducing sulfide inclusion and descaling formulated. After the measures were taken, the Q345R steel plate was stabilized at quality and its performance improved. The customer＇s application requirement was met.
