板坯连铸机足辊结构优化设计与改进

摘要 足辊是连铸机扇形段的重要组成部分,扇形段中的足辊通过内部冷却水进行冷却。天钢炼轧厂板坯连铸机原设计存在不足,扇形段足辊中间瓦座漏水就是其中之一。研究了现有足辊的结构设计,详细分析了产生漏水现象的根本原因,对扇形段足辊进行设计优化与改进,将扇形段足辊连接套上原有的预压型O型圈密封改为分节辊内嵌唇形密封圈密封,彻底解决了扇形段辊子漏水问题,提高足辊的使用寿命,改善扇形段的性能,提高了板坯连铸机的生产效率,经济效益显著。 Foot roll is an important part of caster segment and is cooled internally. Defects existed in the original design of slab caster at Steel-making and Rolling Plant, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited (TISCO), and the leakage at intermediate holder for foot roll was one of them. The paper studies the designed structure of foot roll and analyzes in detail the fundamental cause for the leakage. The segment foot roll was optimized and improved in design, i.e., original pre-pressured O-ring in the connecting socket of foot roll was changed into lip seal built in sectional roll. The improvement completely solved roll leakage problem, prolonged the service life of foot roll, improved segment performance, increased the production efficiency of slab caster and yielded remarkable economic effect.
