摘要
对天津钢铁集团有限公司炼钢厂工艺流程进行介绍并对现场各重要工艺参数进行分析,针对生产实际情况及特点,根据启发式规则,对生产计划粗调度生成后的设备冲突问题建立设备冲突消解优化模型,以保证及时交货并提高产品产量。经过变换将非线性规划方程转化为标准线性规划模型问题,并通过单纯形法进行求解。利用现场实际采集数据对模型进行验证,经过实际应用,证明了模型的正确性及可行性,优化了生产节奏,提高了产量。
The paper introduces the process flow of Steel-making Plant, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited and analyzes important process parameters on site. Based on actual production and its characteristics, a model was built as per heuristic rule for settling and optimizing equipment conflict occurring after production pre-schedule was generated, to ensure timely delivery and increase the output. Nonlinear program equation was transformed into standard linear program model and resolved with simplex method. The model was verified by actual data collected on site. Practical application proved its correctness and feasibility. The production pace was optimized and output increased.
