介绍了将与天津钢铁集团公司合作的第三方物流企业(天津市江浩物流有限公司)中厚钢板仓储(江浩道北库)并纳入天钢MES(制造执行系统)联网管理所应用的MES系统的应用实践,对江浩公司提出的应用MES出现的问题,提出解决方案,以期对天钢全面推行和建设MES和ERP(企业资源计划)完整解决案提供有意义的参考。

Tianjin Jianghao Logistics Company Limited is a third-party logistics enterprise in cooperation with Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited （TISCO）. The paper describes the application practice of the inclusion of its plate storage （located at north warehouse, Jianghao Road） into MES system （Manufacturing Execution System） of TISCO, which is used by Network Managing Institute, and provides a solution for the problems occurring during MES application by Jianghao. It is anticipated to provide meaningful reference for TISCO to promote in an all-round way and build a complete solution of MES and ERP （Enterprise Resource Planning）.
