对天津钢铁集团有限公司炼轧厂中厚板加热炉的现状进行了分析,找出影响中厚板加热炉煤气燃耗的原因,确定出影响中厚板加热炉燃耗的六个主要因素为操作工责任心、加热炉烧嘴的开口度、空燃比、坯料装炉顺序和出钢温度。针对上述因素逐一制定了具体的对策,包括对操作工进行教育和培训并进行相应的奖惩、控制合理的空燃比、合理调整加热炉烧嘴的开口度、优化钢坯的出钢温度和优化坯料装炉顺序等,降低了加热炉煤气燃耗,从而降低了生产成本,取得明显的经济效益。

The authors analyze the current situation of the plate reheat furnace of Steel-making and Rolling Plant, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited, and find out and determine six main factors iniquencing gas consumption of operator＇s sense of responsibility, the opening of furnace burner, air-fuel ratio, slab charging sequence and discharging temperature. Specific countermeasures were taken such as educating, training and rewarding and punishing the operator, controlling rational air-fuel ratio, reasonably regulating burner opening, optimizing billet charging sequence and discharging temperature, and reducing gas consumption. Thus, production cost was lowered and great economic benefit gained.
