An Analysis of the Components of Business Japanese Proficiency in the New Era

随着新时期社会、企业对商务日语人才需求要求的变化,商务日语的内涵也在发生变化。文章通过分析商务日语人才需求变化,界定了商务日语的内涵,进一步分析了新时期商务日语能力构成三要素:日语应用能力、跨文化交际能力、职业行动能力。

Due to the new requirements of the society and the enterprise towards business Japanese talents in the new era, some changes are taking place to the content of business Japanese. Based on an analysis of the new requirements towards business Japanese talents, this article explains the content of business Japanese and analyses the components of business Japanese proficiency in the new era, that is, application competence, intercultural com- municative competence and professional competence.
