摘要
从长庆油田石油污染土壤中富集、分离、纯化后得到10株能以石油作为唯一碳源和能源的石油降解菌株;采用选择性培养基复筛得到6株高效石油降解菌分别为CQA52、CQA42、CQA87、CQA18、CQA21、CQA54,利用紫外分光光度法分别测定了降解6d后的原油回收率及其降解率.结果表明,6株石油降解菌6d后平均石油降解率达72.25±2.85%.本研究结果将有助于陇东黄土高原地区石油污染土壤的生态修复,并为石油污染土壤的生物强化修复提供数据参考.
In this study, 10 strains oil-degrading bacteria were obtained with the method of enriched culture, separation and purification from the crude-oil contaminated soil of Changqing field. 6 efficient oil-degrading bacteria were obtained after the secondary screening based on the method of selective media, including CQA52,CQA42,CQA87,CQA18,CQA21 and CQA54. Besides, their degradation ability in 6 days and the crude oil recovery were investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry respectively. The results indicates that: the averaged degradation rate is up to 72. 25±2.85% in 6 days. The results could be beneficial to the ecological remediation, and offer the scientific data for the enhanced bioremediation in the crude-oil contaminated soil of Changqing field of Loess Plateau, China.
