摘要
以硫酸羟胺和高氯酸为原料、001×7型阳离子交换树脂为交换剂,研究了离子交换法合成高氯酸羟胺的工艺,获得的较优合成工艺为硫酸羟胺加料系数1.2,质量分数10%,流速244.6cm/h;高氯酸加料系数0.6,质量分数20%,流速50.3cm/h,收率96%;用红外吸收光谱法对其结构进行了表征,通过老化实验测定了质量分数82.5%高氯酸羟胺水溶液的安定性。结果表明,该溶液因Fe3+、Cu2+的存在导致安定性下降。
The process of synthesizing hydroxylamine perchlorate was studied via ion exchange method using(NH3OH)2SO4 and HClO4 as raw materials and 001×7 ion exchange resin as exchanger.The optimum technological parameters were determined as hydroxylamine sulfate feeding coefficient of 1.2,mass fraction 10%,velocity of 244.6 cm/h,perchlorate feeding coefficient of 0.6,mass fraction 20%,velocity of 50.3 cm/h.The yield was 96% under the optimum technology.The structure of 82.5% hydroxylamine perchlorate solution was characterized by IR and its stability was determined by aging experiment.The results show that the decomposition of the solution was accelerated by Fe3+、Cu2+.
