摘要 针对爆炸网络沟槽通道尺寸小、长径比大及拐角多且角度各异的结构特点,设计了注射器和分段重复挤注装药工艺,考察了HMX/CL-20基传爆药沟槽挤注装药的密度及分布均匀性,研究了截面尺寸0.5mm×0.5mm~1×1mm沟槽爆轰波直线传播速度、拐角传播能力及临界尺寸。结果表明,用分段挤注工艺制作的爆炸网络可行,其药体成型好,平均密度为1.45g/cm3且分布均匀。截面尺寸大于0.5mm×0.5mm的沟槽装药均可实现可靠传爆,尺寸分别为1mm×1mm、0.8mm×0.8mm、0.6mm×0.6mm、0.5mm×0.5mm沟槽爆轰波直线传播平均速度分别为7 276、7 131、7 013、6 906m/s,临界传播尺寸为0.3mm×0.3mm~0.4mm×0.4mm。 For explosion network with the features of small diameter,large aspect ratio,and many degrees of corners,the syringe for plastic explosives and the squeeze charge process by way of repeated sections were designed.HMX/CL-20-based plastic explosives as the injected booster were made.Its charge density and density uniformity in the grooves were examined.The linear propagation velocity and corner dissemination capability of detonation wave and linear critical size were studied in 0.5 mm×0.5 mm-1 mm×1 mm grooves.The results show that the squeeze charge process and HMX/CL-20-based explosives are feasible for explosion network.The average density of the charge is about 1.45 g/cm3 and uniform.The shaping of dynamite is good.The detonation wave has a high reliability of propagation in over 0.5 mm×0.5 mm grooves.The linear propagation velocity of detonation wave and the maximum explosion corner turning are 7 276 m/s and 150° for 1 mm×1 mm grooves,7 131 m/s and over 150° for 0.8 mm×0.8 mm grooves,7 013 m/s and about 135° for 0.6 mm×0.6 mm groove and 6 906 m/s and about 135° for 0.5 mm×0.5 mm groove.The linear critical size is between 0.3 mm×0.3 mm and 0.4 mm×0.4 mm.
