81例半永久管患者血透导管相关性血源性感染调查与研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析温州市中心医院血液透析中心81例血液透析患者半永久导管的透析情况。探讨血液透析患者血管通路使用情况,了解其感染情况,为下一步的预防及治疗提供指导。方法选取温州市中心医院肾内科血液透析中心81例血液透析患者的半永久管感染情况进行回顾性分析。病人按是否合并糖尿病分为糖尿病组及非糖尿病组,按年龄分为老年组和非老年组以及根据导管留置时间分为两组,分别对比感染率。结果糖尿病组感染率较非糖尿病组高,老年组较非老年组感染率高,导管留置时间长者感染率高。结论随导管留置时间感染率会升高,加强预防导管感染的意识可减少血液透析中心静脉长期导管相关感染的发生。 Objective Analysis of blood dialysis center in our hospital 81 cases of hemodialysis patients with long term catheter. Study of vascular access in hemodialysis patients use, to discuss the incidence, risk factors of vascular access, provide guidance for prevention and treatment of the next step. Methodology The vascular access infections among the total 81 patients with long term catheter were evaluated retrospectively in our dialysis unit. According to whether diabetes mellitus patients divided into diabetes group and diabetes group, according to age is divided into elderly group and non elderly group and divided into two groups according to the catheter indwelling time, contrast infection rate respectively, compared with infection rate. Results Diabetes group infection rate is higher than the non -diabetic group, the longer the catheter indwelling time infection rate is higher. Conclusion The infection rates tend to rise, with the extension of catheter indwelling time. Strengthen the awareness of catheter infection can reduce long -term hemodialysis center venous catheter related infections.
