某厂的离子液脱硫装置,效果良好,运行一年后,设备有腐蚀现象。本试验模拟工况运行情况,对几种不同的金属做腐蚀试验,分析腐蚀的原因及将来项目应用中的注意事项。

One set of desulfurating project using special desulfurating agent was built in one company, it had high efficiency, but some equipments were corroded after one year. This paper analogues the operat- ing condition, takes corrosion test to three different material metals, analyses reason of corrosion and gives some matters need attention in next projects.
