摘要
湿粘物料在破碎过程中的粘结现象是行业公认的难题,缅甸达贡山镍矿调整了双齿辊破碎机齿牙的排布方式,加装了梳齿机构,解决了因粘结而出现的蓬料、堵料现象,大大提高了设备的工作效率,对其他金属或非金属粘性物料破碎设备的设计和改进具有借鉴意义。
The adhesion phenomenon of wet and sticky materials in the crushing process has been recog- nized as a big problem in the field, this problem has been solved through installing the new comb mecha- nism and adjusting the bobbing arrangement in Myanmar Tagaung Taung Nickel Mine, the equipment service efficiency is increased because no blockage. This method has reference significance to design and improvement of the crushing plants for the other metal or non-metal sticking materials.
