摘要
针对新疆营盘出土的大量汉晋时期的丝织品,利用氨基酸分析对该批出土丝织品的保存现状进行分析。首先对人工模拟丝织品热老化样品进行氨基酸分析,实验结果表明,热老化造成丝织品中的酪氨酸含量大幅降低,酪氨酸含量Y和断裂强力X之间的拟合方程为Y=2.66X0.12。利用人工老化样的结果对营盘出土丝织品的保存现状进行评估,氨基酸分析结果显示营盘出土丝织品的氨基酸均有不同程度的降低,其中酪氨酸含量大约降低了26.9%~40.5%。通过计算丝织品断裂强力和酪氨酸与甘氨酸比值,表明丝织品处于糟朽状态,需进行加固保护。
This paper adopts amino acid analysis to analyze current preservation situation of a large number of silk fabrics unearthed in Yingpan,Xinjiang.This paper firstly conducts amino acid analysis of thermal ageing samples of artificial silk fabrics.The experimental results show that thermal ageing makes tyrosine content in silk fabrics reduce greatly.The fitted equation between tyrosine content Y and breaking force X is Y=2.66X0.12.Secondly,this paper estimates current preservation situation of silk fabrics unearthed in Yingpan,Xinjiang by use of artificial aging results.The result of amino acid analysis shows amino acid in the silk fabrics unearthed in Yingpan decreases to different degrees,where tyrosine content reduces about 26.9%~40.5%.Through calculation of breaking strength and the ratio of tyrosine to glycine,it shows the silk fabrics are in decay state in need of reinforcing protection.
