摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨血浆脂联素(APN)与高血压病患者合并阵发性房颤的相关性。方法本研究共纳入185例高血压病患者,根据患者是否合并阵发性房颤将所有患者分为房颤组(PAF+,n=67)及非房颤组(PAF-,n=118),采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测量患者血浆的APN水平。结果 PAF+组患者血浆APN水平较PAF-组患者明显降低(5.58±0.79 ng/ml vs 7.24±1.12 ng/ml,P<0.01)。多元logistic回归分析显示低血浆APN水平与高血压病患者存在阵发性房颤呈独立相关(OR 0.623,95%CI 0.308-0.966;P<0.05)。结论低血浆APN水平是预测高血压病患者合并阵发性房颤的独立危险因子,血浆APN可能成为预测高血压病患者发生阵发性房颤风险的重要的血浆生物学标记物。
Objective To explore the relationship between adiponeetin(APN) levels and the presence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 185 patients with hypertension were enrolled in the study. All the patients were classified as PAF+ (n =67) or PAF- (n = 118) based on the presence of PAF or not. Serum APN levels were determined by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Serum APN levels were significantly lower in PAF + patients than those in PAF- patients (5.58±0.79 ng/ml vs 7.24 ±1.12 ng/ml,P 〈0.01 ). Multivariate logistic regression demonstrated that lower APN level was independently associated with the presence of PAF in patients with hypertension (OR 0. 623,95% CI 0. 308 -0. 966 ;P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Serum APN is an independent risk factor for PAF in patients with hypertension. The results suggest that APN might be a useful biomarker for predicting the presence of PAF in patients with hypertension.
