Thoughts and Practice on the Construction of Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School System of Jiangsu Province

农广校体系是农民教育培训事业发展的主要依托力量。江苏省农广校体系建设通过一手抓农民中等学历教育,一手抓农民科技培训,拓展了办学职能;通过强化省级校功能,明确机构建设要求,建设机构队伍,健全了体系架构;通过完善设施,加强教学基地建设,提升师资水平,提高了服务能力。

Agricultural broadcasting and television school system is an important vehicle for farmers＇ education and training.In the construction of agricultural broadcasting and television school system in Jiangsu Province,the countermeasures have been taken including the extension of the educational function through the simultaneous management of farmers secondary education and farmers technical training,the completion of the systematic structure through consolidating the provincial level school function,specifying the details for institutional construction and strengthening the personnel and the construction of teaching sites through facilities enhancement and faculty training.
