科学发展观视野下研究生教育质量评价指标体系重构研究 被引量:6

摘要 以科学发展观为指导,对现有36篇研究生教育质量评价指标体系文献中出现的指标进行频次统计分析,选取出现频次8次及以上的指标,同时对三级指标不足的个别因子进行了指标增补,经专家小组会议讨论,确定物质条件、导师指导、教育管理、个人发展和外部评价为研究生教育质量评价指标体系的五大因子,含14个二级指标、43个三级指标。之后,运用该体系对从事多年研究生教育工作的专家进行问卷调查。经AHP6.03(层次分析法)软件的群决策功能分析,结果认为,个人发展(0.2840)、社会评价(0.2249)和导师指导(0.2044)等三大因子在研究生教育质量保障体系中占有绝对的地位和作用,并较好地体现了科学发展观。 Under the guidance of Scientific Development View,a statistical analysis was conducted on the indexes offered in the 36 papers on the postgraduate education quality evaluation.The indexes that had appeared 8 times and above in the 36 previous studies were selected and the additions were made to make up for the deficient factors in the three level indexes.Based on the expert group discussion,five macro-factors inclusive of material conditions,tutorship,teaching management,individual development and external evaluation covering 14 secondary indexes and 3 tertiary indexes were determined for the postgraduate teaching quality evaluation index system.The new system was tested through questionnaires on 10 veteran postgraduate educationists.The group decision making function analysis by AHP6.03(Analytic Hierarchy Process) software showed that three macro-factors,i.e.individual development(0.2840),social evaluation(0.2249)and tutorship(0.2044)play the most important roles in the new system and reflect the scientific development view.
