摘要
研究性教学作为高校培养创新人才的重要手段日益引起各类高校的关注。从组织管理理论的视角出发,高校应从物质保障、文化环境、技术支持等三个方面,结合自身发展定位,为实施研究性教学提供有效的保障。
The idea of research-based teaching,as an important means of cultivating innovative talents in universities,is inviting more attention in tertiary education.From the view of organizational management theory,this paper argued that university should provide strong and effective guarantee for research-based teaching in consideration of three factors———material guarantee,cultural environment,technical support as well as its own development orientation strategy.
