摘要
由于资源的限制,企业在实行多项目管理时,无法将所有的项目机会都付诸实施,必须先对多项目进行优先级评价,选择出优先实施的项目。文章从单项目层面和多项目层面两个角度构建了多项目优先级评价的指标体系,考虑项目间的关联性,同时考虑到了项目与企业战略的一致性、项目的风险因素等,使评价更加全面准确,然后利用网络分析法和模糊熵权相结合的方法进行评价。
Due to the limitation of the resources,it is impossible to carry out all the projects in multi-project management,priority should be given to the project evaluation as which one should be put into practice first rather than all the projects.Therefore,this paper discusses the construction of the index system of multi-project priority evaluation based on both single-project and multi-project levels.According to the system,the relationship between projects,the consistency between projects and the enterprise’s strategy and risk factors of projects should be taken into consideration so as to make project evaluation more comprehensive and accurate.In addition,combination and analytic network process and fuzzy entropy is employed to solve the evaluation problem.
