中国城市体系“中心—外围模式”下的产业结构及其优化——以大西安副中心城市户县为例

Regional Industrial Structure and Its Optimization under the New Urban System of Center-Periphery Mode in China

"市域副中心城市"是近年来出现的一个高频词。所谓"副中心"是指在一市之内起到弥补主中心城市功能的行政区范围。在《西安国际化大都市副中心城市总体规划》中,户县被定位为大西安副中心城市之一。户县如何以此为契机积极参与新的社会分工协作,以工业化带动城市化和农业产业化,实现经济快速增长,已成为一个新的课题。文章基于该背景,从户县产业结构入手,通过对"十一五"期间户县三次产业结构现状分析,论证当期户县产业结构的合理性及其问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

Recently,the term ＂sub-civic center＂ frequently appears in the media.It refers to a county-level city attached to a prefecture-level city serving to supplement the functions of the main central city to promote the economic growth of the whole city.According to the Overall Planning of Sub-civic Central City of Xi’an as an International Metropolis,Huxian County,one of the three sub-civic centers of Xi’an,should take this opportunity to actively participate in the social labor division and cooperation and achieve industrialization so as to promote urbanization and agricultural industrialization and realize rapid economic growth.From this perspective this paper analyses its industrial structure,especially the three ones of the period of the Eleventh FiveYear,and discusses the rationality and problems of its current industrial structure and then proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
