摘要
职业认同作为职业心理的重要组成部分,是影响高校档案人员工作满意度和工作积极性的重要因素。本文在明确高校档案工作人员职业认同定义和研究意义的基础上,提出实行岗位激励机制,加强职业生涯规划,建立基于岗位胜任力的培训体系和增强心理弹性三种途径来提升高校档案工作人员的职业认同,从而推动高校档案工作事业的进一步发展。
Occupation identity,as an important component of occupation psychology,is an important factor affecting the job satisfaction and the work enthusiasm of university archives management personnel.This paper firstly illustrated the definition of occupation identity and the importance of the study,and then put forward three suggestions to enhance the occupation identity of university archives management personnel,including practicing post incentive mechanism,strengthening the occupation career planning,establishing competency training system and enhancing the psychological resilience,so as to improve the work of archives management in colleges and universities.
