高校艺术类毕业生就业问题的思考

Study on the employment of College Art Graduates

近年来,艺术类毕业生的数量在不断增加,但由于社会的就业结构、学校的教育模式及学生就业观念等因素的影响,艺术类毕业生就业过程中出现了就业层次参差不齐、灵活就业率持续走高等突出的现实问题。文章针对高校艺术类毕业生的就业现状及成因进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议。

In recent years,with the increasing number of art graduates,the employment for art graduates emerged as a major issue which showed the employment was unstable because of the employment structure of society,factors of education model and students＇ attitude to employment.This paper firstly analyzed the problems of art graduates＇ employment and then put forward some suggestions for solving the problems in employment.
