植物抗性诱导防御病虫草害的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 植物诱导防御是当前国际生物防治学和逆境生物学的热点内容,被认为是植物自身保护的新途径,其主要依据是诱导植物本身的潜在抵抗机制,以减少人为加入生态体系的外来化学品,实现农业产业的可持续发展与生态环境保护.文中综述了植物抗性诱导因子及其诱导防御机制,并从植物的诱导抗病性、抗虫性和抗草性几个方面,叙述了植物抗性诱导作用的研究进展.同时对植物抗性诱导的应用前景作了展望,深入研究植物自身诱导抗性机理,理解病虫草害防除策略,培育具普遍性、持久性、高效性新品种,既减少化学药物施用,又推进可持续发展.因而,利用植物诱导抗性作用防治植物病虫草害是可持续农业的最佳选择. Plant induced-defense was a key section on the research of biological control and stress biology.Application of plant induced-defense based primarily on plant potential resistance mechanisms,which could be reduce the artificial chemicals to agricultural ecosystem,was considered to be a new approach to plant protection.This paper reviewed on the research progress in plants inducible factor and its induced-defense mechanisms,including in the induced-defense resistance against diseases,pests and weeds,as well as the applying approaches in agriculture production.Again,the significance of research in mechanism of plant induced-defense was emphasized on breed new resistant varieties and increase the resistance of crop against diseases,pests and weeds,and to explore the ecological strategy for control diseases,pests and weeds,thereby reduce use of chemicals and protect environment and agriculture ecosystem,is restated in the paper.
