马铃薯淀粉渣是马铃薯淀粉生产过程中的副产物,含水量高,有机质丰富,但不易保存,如果不能及时回收利用,就会造成资源浪费,同时会带来严重的环境问题.宁夏南部山区马铃薯淀粉渣的开发和利用前景广阔,应用价值高.综述淀粉渣生产青贮饲料、高蛋白饲料、有机肥、酶、果胶和膳食纤维的研究进展,分析淀粉渣综合利用中存在的问题及发展趋势,为宁夏南部山区马铃薯淀粉渣的资源化利用提供理论依据.

Potato starch pulp is the starch by-products in the process of potato production,its moisture content is high,the organic matter is rich,and is not easy to preserve.It will cause the waste of resources if not timely recycling it,and it will bring serious environmental problems at the same time.Potato starch pulp has characteristics of high application value and have broad prospects in southern Ningxia,this article mainly aims at the research of starch pulp produce silage,high protein feed,organic fertilizer,enzyme,extracting pectin and dietary fiber,analysis the existing problems and development trend about the comprehensive utilization of the starch pulp.It provides the reference for the further development and utilization of potato pulp for Ningxia southern mountain area,it also helps to realize the comprehensive utilization of resources in this area.
