摘要
自孔茨提出管理理论丛林之后,管理学界就面临着如何走出丛林的问题。回顾管理思想百年演变历程可以发现,管理理论的分化遵循着三条逻辑脉络:一是理论聚焦之分析层次的推移;二是理论建构所依据之人性假设的变迁;三是后现代管理思潮所引起的理论范式分化。寻求各理论流派的整合路径以获得对管理知识的基本认同是管理学健康发展的内在要求,管理思想史上曾出现系统论、权变论与过程论三种整合尝试,但均因未触及根本性的问题而失败,未来的管理学需要从价值层面对诸多管理理论进行逻辑梳理和哲学整合。
Since the proposal of the management theory jungle by Harold Koontz,management scholars have been facing the problem of how to go out of the jungle.When we review the evolution process of management thoughts over the past century,we can find out that the division of management theory follows three logics: first logic is the analytical level changes of theoretical focuses;second is the humanity hypothesis changes of theoretical basis;and the third is the division of theoretical paradigm caused by post-modern management thoughts.The intrinsic requirement of the healthy development of management is to find the integration paths of different theoretical schools to reach basic agreement on management knowledge.Three integration paths used to appear in management history,but they all failed due to their lack of the analysis in the deep-rooted problems.The future research of management should have more logical analysis and philosophy integration of different management theories from the perspective of value.
