经济一体化下基础设施投资与省区农业边际生产率分析

Analysis of Infrastructure Investment and Marginal Productivity of Agriculture in Different Provinces under Economic Integration

通过估计1993～2008年省区农业生产函数,研究了基础设施投资与农业劳动和农地边际生产率省际差异的关系及其作用机制。结论是:农村劳动力非农化的转移就业压力是制约农业生产率提升的重要因素;基础设施投资有利于省际农业劳动边际生产率的收敛,却扩大了省际农地边际生产率的差异;基础设施投资主要通过农地边际生产率提升农业边际生产率,劳动的可流动性使得基础设施建设对其边际生产率的整体影响并不显著。要充分增强基础设施投资协调省际农业发展水平的能力,还得解决农业劳动城市化带来的"弱质化"问题。

By estimating the agricultural production function in different provinces from 1993 to 2008,the paper studies the relationship between infrastructure investment and provincial differences in marginal productivity of agricultural labor and land.The conclusions are： the pressure from rural labor transfer into non-agricultural employment is an important factor restricting the improvement of agricultural productivity;infrastructure investment is beneficial to the convergence of provincial rural labor marginal productivity,but it expands the provincial differences of rural land marginal productivity;infrastructure investment improves agricultural marginal productivity through improving rural land marginal productivity,and the fluidity of labor leads to the insignificant influence of infrastructure on its marginal productivity as a whole.To fully strengthen the coordination ability of infrastructure investment on provincial agricultural development,the problem of ＂quality weakening＂caused by agricultural labor urbanization should be solved.
