改变壁厚对异型钢煤斗受力性能的影响研究

摘要 规则钢煤斗受力性能的改善可以通过增大仓壁厚度实现,但异型钢煤斗受力性能比较复杂,增大仓壁厚度对改善其受力性能的影响研究较少。采用数值分析方法,包括线性应力分析、材料和几何双重非线性分析,研究增大仓壁厚度对异型钢煤斗受力性能的影响。并通过与尺寸相同的规则钢煤斗进行对比分析研究,表明增加壁厚对异型钢煤斗的最大Mises应力的改善效果不如对规则钢煤斗明显,对异性钢煤斗进行分析时应考虑材料几何双重非线性的影响。 Increasing the thickness of regular steel coal scuttle walls can improve its static behavior. But the mechanical behavior of complex-shaped steel coal scuttle is more complicated than that of regular ones. Very few studies on the influence upon increasing wall thickness of complex shaped steel coal scuttles to improve their behavior have been made. Numerical analyses including linear stress analyses, materially and geometrically dual nonlinear analyses are carried out to investigate the mechanical behavior of complex shaped steel coal scuttles with increasing the wall thickness. Comparing with a same size regular shaped steel coal scuttle, it is found that the effect on improving the behavior of complex shaped steel coal scuttles by increasing the wall thickness is not as obvious as regular ones, and both material and geometric nonlinearities need to be considered when analyzing complex shaped steel coal scuttles.
