"微时代"对大学生思想政治教育工作提出新课题,传统"意见领袖"的主体权威受到挑战,教育者信息"把关人"的作用被弱化,"议程设置功能"出现转变,"沉默的螺旋"作用在增强,在"微时代"的背景下应重视和善用微媒体,营造高校思政教育"微环境",提升高校思政教育"微权威",丰富高校思政教育"微内容",增强高校思政教育"微力量"。

College ideological and political education is confronted with new problems in the MicroAge, including challenged authority of the educator as traditional opinion leader, its weakened role as infor- mation gatekeeper, the changed ＂agenda setting function＂, and the increased force of ＂spiral of si- lence＂. It is advisable for colleges and universities to give due attention to and make good use of Micro --media, create favorable Micro--environment for college ideological and political education, boost its Micro--authority, enrich its Micro--content and ultimately increase its Micro--power.
