摘要
高校辅导员的培训存在培训的目标体系不够清晰,层级体系不够完善,内容体系不够完整,评价体系不够健全等问题。应进一步明晰培训的总体目标:提升辅导员职业化发展能力和辅导员队伍的整体水平,实现辅导员工作从自发性、经验型向自觉性、科学型的转变,辅导员的培训由"工作任务中心"向"人的发展中心"转变。进一步提高培训内容的针对性,辅导员参与培训的积极性,人的发展和工作推进的同步性。
Currently in college advisors" training, there exist problems such as obscure target system, imperfect hierarchy system, incomplete content system and defective evaluation system. Colleges and universities should clearly define the overall goals of the training which include promoting advisors' professionalized development and the overall level of the team, realizing the advisors" transformation from being spontaneous and experience--based to being conscious and science--based and the training system" transformation from being task--oriented to being human development--oriented. Efforts must be made to make the content more pertinent, the advisors more willingly to participate and hu- man development and work progress more synchronic.
