“90后”高校学生干部的特点与培养——基于黑龙江省高校学生思想状况调查问卷的分析

Characteristics of Post-90 University Student Cadres and Their Cultivation

对6069名在校90后大学生的问卷调查表明,90后学生干部自我意识较强,但合作意识不强;敢于冒险,但心理承受力较弱;有理想抱负,但自制力和毅力不够。因此,对90后学生干部应加强思想理论教育,锻炼其心理承受力,培养合作意识,提高工作能力。

A questionnaire survey of 6069 post--90 university students shows that post--90 student cadres are strongly self--conscious yet wanting in cooperative spirit, adventurous yet wanting in men- tal resilience, ambitious yet wanting in restraint and perseverance. It follows that universities must strengthen post--90 student cadres＂ ideological and politieal education, temper their psychological en- durance and cultivate their cooperative consciousness so as to improve their capacity for work as student cadres.
