摘要
激励教育法是高校教学管理中常用方法,教育者通过适度的鼓励和惩罚,提高受教育者的积极性,使其将学习和生活中的要求内化为自己的目标。激励教育法应用于大学生管理之中,应注意合理的方法以及避免使用误区。
Incentive education is a conventional method used in college student management. Through apposite reward or punishment, the educator boosts the edcatees＇ innitiative and help them internalize what is required of their study and life as their objectives. Application of incentive education in college student management must be reasonable and free of misconceptions.
