摘要
美国高校职业指导有众多理论支撑,包括寿命理论、环境适配理论、学习理论、认知信息加工理论、价值观为基础的方法论、学生发展理论、决策风格理论等,这启示我们应以学生发展为本,广泛引入相关理论并实现功能互补。
Occupational guidance in American colleges and universities is supported by many theories including life--span theory, person--environment fit theory, learning theory, cognitive information processing theory, value--based methodology, student development theory and decision--making style theory. What we can draw from this is that occupational guidance should be student development --oriented and it is necessary to widely introduce relevant theories for functional complementation.
