摘要
以黄河特细砂为集料制备水泥基瓷砖粘结砂浆,研究胶粉和纤维素醚用量对砂浆流动度、砂浆力学性能以及抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:砂浆稠度随着胶粉用量的增加而增大,当胶粉用量为胶凝材料质量的0.7%时,砂浆的抗压、抗折强度及抗冻性能最佳;随着纤维素醚用量的增加,砂浆稠度逐渐增大,黄河特细砂瓷砖粘结砂浆的强度逐渐降低,拉伸粘结强度逐渐增大。利用黄河特细砂制备的粘结砂浆性能符合JC/T 547—2005《陶瓷墙地砖胶粘剂》标准要求。为黄河特细砂资源的有效利用提出了一条经济可行的途径。
Cement based adhesive mortar was prepared by using ultra-fine sand of the Yellow River. The effect of content of polymer resin powder and ce[|u|ose ether on the mortar fluidity,mechanical properties and frost resistance of mortar were investigated. The results show that the mortar consistency increases with the content of polymer resin powder increasing,the compressive, flexural strength and frost resistance of the adhesive mortar are the best when the dosage is 0.7% of mass of the cementing material. The mortar consistency gradually increases with dosage of cellulose ether increasing, compressive and flexural strength decrease,while the tensile bond strength and frost resistance are increased. Adhesive mortar prepared from ultra-fine Yellow River sand can meet the standard requirements of JC/T 547--2005. It puts forward an economic and feasible approach for effective utilization of ultra-fine Yellow River sand.
