摘要
以沸石粉为主要原料制备人造陶粒,通过基础试验,结合正交试验设计方法,在确定发泡剂和增稠剂掺量的基础上分析焙烧温度、时间等因素对沸石陶粒性能的影响。试验结果表明,以最佳发泡温度900℃,发泡时间30 min,焙烧温度1100℃,焙烧时间60 min所制备的沸石陶粒表观密度为932 kg/m3,吸水率为5.5%,筒压强度为7.6 MPa。
Zeolite powder was taken as main raw material to prepare man-made ceramicite in this paper. Through a combination of basic test and orthogonal test,effect of temperature system and time system on zeolite ceramicite was analyzed on the basis of the content of foaming agent and thickening agent were determined. The results showed that apparent density was 932 kg/m3,water absorption was 5.5%,cylindrical compressive strength was 7.6 MPa respectively when the optimal foaming temperature of 900℃m foaming time of 30 min, baking temperature of 1100 ℃ and baking time of 60 min.
