真核细胞翻译起始因子4E相关通路小分子抑制剂的研究进展

摘要 真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eIF4E)在蛋白翻译起始过程中发挥重要作用,与肿瘤细胞的生长、增殖和分化等密切相关。随着对eIF4E功能及相关信号通路研究的不断深入,以eIF4E及相关信号通路为靶点的药物在肿瘤治疗中的作用日益引起重视。目前已有部分相关抗肿瘤药物上市或进入临床试验。本文综述了作用于eIF4E及相关通路的小分子抑制剂的研究进展。 Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E(eIF4E) plays an important role in protein translation initiation process,and is closely related to tumor cell growth,proliferation and differentiation.With the deepening of study on the function and related signaling pathway of eIF4E,effects of the antitumor drugs targeted eIF4E and related signaling pathway have attracted more and more attention.At present,there are some related antitumor drugs on the market or in clinical trials.This paper reviews the research progress in small molecular inhibitors of eIF4E and its related pathways.
